AT, ATM, ATP Series Removal Tool
This stainless steel tool is designed to easily disassemble the AT, ATM and ATP Series
harsh environment sealed connectors. The flat end slides under plug wedges to release
them from the housing. The hook end hooks onto the receptacle wedge to release from the
housing and it can separate holding fingers to allow for the pin and socket to be removed.

AT Series Harsh Environment Sealed Connector Housings
The sealed housings are made from a thermoplastic material that provides durability and UV
resistance. Each receptacle and plug include a silicone elastomer wire seal to help prevent
environmental ingress. To complete an assembly, one receptacle/plug housing, a wedge and
an appropriate number of pins are required. All AT Series assemblies mate directly with
Deutsch DT housings/assemblies. The complete assembly connection meets SAE J2030,
IP67 and IP69K. The thermoplastic material meets UL94 HB rating, with a temperature rating
of -55C to 125C (-67F to 257F).
AT Series Wedges
Wedges are made from a thermoplastic material and are a necessary component in aligning
the plugs/pins into proper position. One wedge is required per receptacle/plug to complete
the assembly. (AT Series wedges DO NOT interchange with Deutsch DT Series wedges).
AT Series Pins and Sockets
Pin and socket contacts complete the electrical connection for the AT Series housing
assembly. There are three different quality grades of contacts available. All feature a copper
alloy base with either a standard stamped/formed nickel plate, military solid crimp nickel or
hold-plate. The seal plugs are made of silicone elastomer and can be used to plug any open
or unused pin/socket. Connector pins and plugs are interchangeable and mate directly with
Deutsch DT Series.
